The Villages Weight Loss Program is not a fad diet. There are no pills, no potions and no magical claims to shed those pesky pounds in just a few days.

Our approach is a comprehensive 6-week program designed to teach you how to lose weight gradually and permanently. You will learn how to eat right, get physical and adopt a healthy lifestyle...for a lifetime.

We begin by assessing your fitness levels and eating habits to create your own personal pound-losing plan. Along with your input, your coach will help set weight loss goals that are realistic and achievable.

As you begin this journey to a new you, you will realize that this weight loss program is different from any other program that you have tried. You have the freedom and the flexibility to choose from foods that you like to eat. This program is completely customized and individualized based on your unique Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).

As we get into the first weeks of the program, you will learn why this scientifically proven measurement is so effective in successful weight loss.

Just remember, in order to maximize your success, you must adhere to the guidelines set forth by your coach.
